The Consulting Advisor – Wilmington, IL (on-site), is a strategic partner and business consultant between Kelly, our partner company, and our contingent workforce. As one of the largest and most demonstrated workforce solutions providers, you will have access to comprehensive, specialized training and resources to support your success and growth here at Kelly.

Essential Skills:

• Service Delivery Excellence: Deliver exceptional service, meeting operating agreements, SLAs and KPIs.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships through proactive communication and strategic collaboration.
• Employee Engagement: Foster high engagement through redeployment, upskilling, recognition, and communication.
• Lead Generation: Identify growth opportunities through strategic relationships, communication, and consulting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer-facing and customer-oriented environments 
• Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (food service, retail, etc.)
• Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities while maintaining strong compliance and detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, proactive outreach, and engagement
