Our RPO Recruiter is responsible for executing all aspects of the recruiting strategy, which involves:
Partner closely with client leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs building strong candidate pipelines
Act as a talent advisor and subject matter expert for leadership
Take a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners
Contribute to growth by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team
Source and identify passive candidates to build teams through use of boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques
Identify new ways to build awareness of the client in new hiring markets
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Proven recruiting experience
English written and spoken professional proficiency
A desire to represent yourself, KellyOCG, and the client with integrity and courtesy
An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
Seeking minimum of 3 years of Recruiting experience.
