Our Software Engineer, HubSpot is accountable for:
o Developing and styling web pages, landing pages, emails, and blog templates using HubSpot's CMS and HubL.
o Creating custom themes and reusable modules tailored to support marketing and branding needs.
o Ensuring seamless integration with platforms such as CRMs, marketing automation tools, and APIs.
o Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving website performance and usability issues.
o Collaborating with designers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
o Providing consultation and technical training to internal teams and stakeholders on HubSpot capabilities.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
• Extensive knowledge of HubSpot CMS and proficiency in HubL.
• Strong front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in building custom HubSpot modules, templates, and themes.
• Skilled in API integration and web platform connectivity.
• Deep understanding of modern web development practices and responsive design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Effective time and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
