Our Canadian Headquarters Administrator is accountable for:
- Managing and redirecting all incoming client calls as efficiently as possible while providing exceptional customer service.
- Employment verification requests and work authorization VISA expiration management.
- Managing reports via Excel and internal systems.
- Managing distribution of equipment and marketing materials.
Seeking minimum of 1-year high volume customer service experience.
