Join our international RPO Team immediately for a hybrid-based assignment in Ireland!


We are seeking interested candidates who are based in Dublin to join our team in a hybrid capacity (onsite 2-3 days per week). Our client dedicated teams are on the cutting edge of recruiting, delivering quality candidates for the hardest-to-fill positions around the globe. This global network is supported with all the necessary tools and technology to foster collaboration and ensure both client and employee satisfaction.


As a Recruitment Business Partner at KellyOCG, you will deliver recruitment, sourcing, and coordination services for a Fortune 10 healthcare company. We enable our employees to learn the best and most innovative ways to recruit, screen, and hire top tier talent, and we want to provide you the opportunity to join our team and build your recruiting knowledge.


As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will be accountable for:

· Owning and managing a book of work, process, and/or project from creation to execution.

· Reviewing qualifications and resumes of potential candidates to qualify their fit for a position with the client.

· Managing a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods.

· Conducting telephone screens to identify interest and qualifications of candidates and document phone screens accordingly.

· Partnering closely with local hiring leaders to fill, update and manage active positions.

· Coaching and mentoring teammates, as well as more junior team members, by identifying areas of opportunity within the individual's book of work,

· Identity, propose, and executive on account-wide process improvement initiatives by implementing new ideas and solutions.

· Partnering with senior leadership to provide strategic input by leveraging various data and metrics support recruitment challenges based on market conditions.

· Handling any incoming inquiries from candidates regarding open positions.

· Updating Applicant Tracking System to reflect status of candidates and requisitions.

· Interacting with, and understanding the needs of, hiring managers.

· Communicating updates to hiring managers regarding their active positions


Qualifications:

· Possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an internal recruiter, with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing company (RPO), or staffing agency.

· Hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree. In lieu of a degree, you must have a GED or High School diploma, or be a Veteran with an honorable discharge from military service, and have relevant experience within TA, HR, Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, or like industries.

· Possess experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technology, pharmaceutical or healthcare roles.

· Ability to travel occasionally for client visits, training sessions, team building, and other work-related purposes.

· Be knowledgeable with various ATS or CRM systems.

· Communicate confidently in person, over the phone, and online.

· Focus on the positive and strive for continual improvement.

· Collaborate and operate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Adhere to a strong work ethic and sense of commitment.

· Demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint—or similar office suite).
