Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Hungary! 

The Senior Recruiter is accountable for:

• End-to-end recruiting process for professionals. 
• Briefing calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening applications documents and conducting telephone interviews and scheduling Hiring Manager interviews. 
• Providing detailed documentation of selection decisions, supporting candidates and managers during the hiring process, including offer and contract administration. 
• As one of our first points of client contact, you are in regular exchange with the Hiring Managers. 
• You will be primarily responsible for countries in Europe. 

Skill and Experience required:

• 4 years plus HR/ Recruitment experience preferably in recruiting or RPO.
• Attitude focused on customers and interacting with them.
• Experience partnering with Customers.
• Self-assured yet friendly manner and outstanding communication skills.
• Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy.
• You communicate well in English & German or Polish.

Seeking at least 4 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment process.
