Our In House Temporary Onsite Talent Advisor (2nd shift) is accountable for:

  • Maintaining the client relationship and service delivery 
  • Acting as an extension of the client's HR department, including handling HR investigations, workers compensation, coaching and evaluation, new hire orientations, and administrative tasks
  • Educating, coaching, and partnering with managers on performance management and employee development goals 
  • Providing HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, coaching and counseling, compensation, and organizational development goals

 

 Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

  • Safety, Osha and Workman's Compensation related knowledge
  • Onsite experience in contingent talent management

 

This position is a temporary role working a 2nd shift, Tuesday through Saturday 5pm to 3am

Hourly rate is $35 an hour
