Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Hungary!  


As a Recruitment Coordinator for our Customer, a Global leader in packaging and paper in EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts. 

 

The Recruitment Coordinator is accountable for:


  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiters.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to drive successful hires.
  • Support the recruiters and the recruitment process.


Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:


  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR or administration.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Desired experience with ATS and a background in RPO to understand recruitment processes quickly.
  • Customer-centric approach with a proven track record of excellent service.
  • Excellent communication skills with professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English and German is required.

 

This position comes with a one-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).
