Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CFO and Finance leadership to define the enterprise finance vision and lead execution of the finance transformation roadmap.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, FP&A, and broader business partners.
  • Establish and operate the Finance PMO, including governance, resourcing, dependency management, risk tracking, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Provide visibility and executive reporting on finance technology, IT, and transformation initiatives; prepare materials for leadership and board forums.
  • Support enterprise technology and integration programs (e.g., Horizon/Helios), resolving finance dependencies, risks, and resource conflicts.
  • Develop and maintain the Finance Technology Roadmap aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
  • Drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across Finance, including centers of excellence.
  • Provide thought leadership and project management support for Finance organization design, operating model, and outsourcing initiatives.
  • Oversee consulting engagements supporting finance transformation, ensuring quality delivery and alignment to objectives.
  • Support Finance AI enablement efforts, including project tracking, governance, and community-of-practice initiatives.
  • Enable clear, concise executive communications for the Board, senior leadership, and enterprise audiences.
