Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
High-volume recruiting support (25–30 requisitions across multiple locations)
Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system (Avature)
Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ensure consistent, fair, and equitable assessment practices
Managing a fast-paced interview cadence (30–35 interviews per week) and supporting frequent hiring starts
Supporting recruiting delivery through a primarily remote model, with flexibility by location and business need
Maintaining strong documentation, system updates, and administrative accuracy
Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
Action-oriented, taking on tasks with urgency, energy, and accountability
Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a high-volume environment
Situational adaptability and learning agility in changing or ambiguous scenarios
Strong communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience required (industrial, warehouse, or staffing environments strongly preferred)
Experience managing multiple requisitions and locations simultaneously
Bilingual Spanish is a plus / nice to have
Kelly Services experience or prior Kelly employment is a plus
Base pay range for this position is $51,300 – $68,400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
