This is a virtual, full-time temporary position (est. April-July 2026) 

 

Our Lead / Senior Corporate Recruiter is accountable for supporting our Kelly Education business unit, including the following key responsibilities: 


  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, including early career, support, experienced professional, and people leader positions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, providing consultative guidance on staffing needs, sourcing strategies, and hiring decisions
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery from requisition intake through offer and onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, and applicable employment laws
  • Conduct and provide guidance for structured interviews to assess candidate capability, culture alignment, and role fit and provide hiring recommendations
  • Create positive experiences for our stakeholders, including exceptional leader and candidate care throughout the process with timely engagement / communications
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the recruitment system (ATS) for reporting, business reviews, and compliance 
  • May additionally support search activities for positions across various units / functions, including senior-level sourcing as needed

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

 

  • 7-10 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience leading full-cycle recruitment across multiple job levels, functions, and hiring models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships and high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise at multiple levels
  • Desire to work as a team, collaborating with peers on best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Proven success partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to address immediate staffing priorities while proactively supporting future pipelining needs
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and EEO reporting requirements
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Avature preferred) and the use of recruiting metrics to inform operational and hiring decisions

Base pay range for this position is ~ $40– $50 per hour - however final hourly compensation will be based on experience, role level, and may vary by geographic location.
