Pay Rate:
$20.00/hr. (1st shift)
$21.50/hr. (3rd shift)

Hours:
1st shift: Monday-Thursday 5:45am-4:15pm
3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday morning 7:30pm-6:00am

What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be:
Following all safety protocols and procedures, including always wearing the required PPE
Promoting a safe work environment through adherence to OSHA regulations as well as company standards
Operating and monitoring production machines
Adjusting machine settings to ensure efficient and effective production
Performing quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
Performing equipment PMs and cleaning equipment
Troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed
Maintaining accurate production records

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Have a strong understanding of machine operations
 Have some experience performing quality checks
Can follow standard work and read recipe sheets
Can read a scale and machine instrumentation
Have strong attention to detail
Can work well in a team environment
Have good communication and problem-solving skills
Can lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
