Description

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator. In this role, you'll use your skills to operate high-tech saws and grinders to transform ceramic tiles and panels into finished products, all according to blueprint specifications.

Machine Operator
Location:  Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $15.25 an hour
Shift: 1st  5am – 3pm (Four 10-hour shifts – off 3 days)

What you'll do:

• Operate tile saws and grinders to precisely cut and shape ceramic tiles and panels, following blueprints and ensuring all dimensions meet tolerances.
• Be a master of measurement! You'll identify parts, tiles, and billets, then carefully lay out the exact dimensions for each cut.
• Keep everything organized by labeling, identifying, and weighing parts before fabrication.
• Team up to maintain a clean and efficient work environment by assisting with daily cleanup in your designated area.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating saws and grinders a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for precision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
