Senior CNC Operators in West Chicago (near St. Charles, IL)!

Kelly Services is hiring for multiple CNC Operators with 8-10+ years experience.

$25+ / hour, depending on skills and experience

1st shift:6:00 am - 2:30 pm
2nd shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
3rd shift: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of precision CNC machine setup experience in a machine shop environment
• Strong experience with measuring instruments and quality inspections
• Proficiency with multi-axis CNC lathes, Swiss-type machines, and machining centers
• Ability to write CNC programs using CAM software
• Deep understanding of tooling, tool holders, inserts, and machine controls
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable and consistent attendance is a must

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience mentoring others in a shop environment
Familiarity with setup optimization and process improvement initiatives
