Direct Hire Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift 
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (5x10s)
Pay: $30.00–$32.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Kelly is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our production, quality, and inspection equipment running smoothly. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a fast-paced environment—this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on production and inspection equipment
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings to identify parts and perform repairs
  • Move, position, and verify proper operation of equipment
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement machine modifications
  • Fabricate minor machine parts and safety guards
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and rebuilds
  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting (fuses, motors, switches, etc.)
  • Replace minor electrical components as needed
