Pay Rate:
$23-$29/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00 pm to 7:00 pm

What's a typical day as an Manufacturing Tech? You'll be:
• Responsible for the safe and efficient completion of the assembly process in a high-quality and repeatable manner.
• Performing a wide variety of complicated machine set-ups, such as dip tube changes and mechanical parts changes.
• Conducting quality checks and audits during production runs through visual inspection and alignment with the quality plan.
• Measuring, examining, and testing assembly units to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions, making necessary adjustments.
• Performing preventive maintenance on assembly machines to maintain production equipment and reduce downtime.
• Identifying efficiency improvement, cost savings, and quality improvement opportunities.
• Participating in EH&S reviews and assisting with continuous improvement activities.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of quality inspection results and production results.
• Ensuring outgoing products follow required specifications.
• Escalating identified safety, quality, and performance issues as needed.
• Performing machine changeovers and diagnostics inspections, as well as generating ideas for continuous improvement.
• Supporting on-time delivery by running assembly machines if needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have basic shop math and computer skills.
• Possess basic machine troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve mechanical issues.
• Are willing to assist other cross-functional groups based on needs.
• Can work independently and be proactive.
• Have the ability to analyze, interpret, and report data based on machine performance.
• Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Have the ability to learn, grow, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Have good oral and written communication skills.
