Pay Rate: $35 per hour

What's a typical day as an Accountant might look like? You'll:

• Accounting Processes: Maintain general accounting processes and systems, including preparing journal entries for month-end close and accounting transactions.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile and resolve P&L and balance sheet ledger accounts, providing analysis and schedules for local management and auditors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments (COGS, Inventory, Manufacturing) to identify and resolve issues.
• Subsidiary System Maintenance: Maintain and support general accounting subsystems.
• SAP Project Support: Assist in data extraction and analysis for the SAP S4 Hana implementation, as well as handling ad-hoc product costing and variance analysis requests

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Experience in general accounting processes, month-end close, and financial reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet accounts, and general ledger.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to identify and resolve accounting issues.
• Experience with Oracle R12.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
