Looking to make your next career move? Kelly is hiring for an Accounting Clerk in Austin, MN! This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at a global branded food company.

• Temporary, ~3 months, potential for extension
• Full-time hours, Monday-Friday (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm)
• Pay: $21.50/hr
• Onsite role, ability to work Fridays remote after training
• Start ASAP!

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Performs period close accounting duties, such as entering journal vouchers for accruals and allocations.
• Utilizes strong organizational skills and attention to detail to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner which is accurate, complete, and of high quality.
• Ensures the accuracy of entries through balance sheet reconciliations.
• Works with internal teams to administer reporting and track spending
• Accumulates financial data for management reports
• Prepares wire payments for vendor invoices. Works with cash management and procurement teams to ensure vendor set up process is completed.
• Manages payment process and accruals 
• Reconciles bank accounts and settles intercompany wires.
• Reconciles intercompany accounts crossing multiple currencies.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 3+ years' experience in an accounting role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
