Job Title: Accounting Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Hybrid – Westminster Colorado 80021 (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)

 
About the Role:
We are seeking 2 Accounting Clerk II professionals to support our busy accounting team with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right fit.

This position will play a key role in managing a heavy invoice processing workload.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Process high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Support Accounts Payable functions, including reconciliations and vendor communications.
  • Utilize ERP/accounting systems (Vista, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) for transaction processing.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control principles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.
 
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience, with strong emphasis on Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (Vista, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
