Description

Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist! Located in a thriving corporate environment, this full-time position offers you the chance to play a crucial role in our Corporate Tax Department. You will perform essential data entry tasks, process billing and payroll transactions, and contribute to tax planning projects. If you have a knack for quantitative analysis and strong MS Excel skills, we want to hear from you!

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Portage, MI - Onsite
- Pay Rate: $21.43 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Duration: 6 months

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry related to accounts payable and receivable.
- Review and process billing and payroll transactions.
- Code invoices to appropriate accounts.
- Prepare periodic reconciliation reports.
- Post cash receipts accurately.
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Tax Department to assist in the tax return process.
- Support tax planning projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong aptitude for accounts receivable and payable.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
