Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $56,000 - $62,000 per year
Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM -  4PM OR 8 AM - 5 PM

What's a typical day as an Office Administrator? You'll be:
• Reporting to the owners and having discussions on all aspects of the business
• Maintaining confidentiality in all business matters
• Managing daily office operations, including organizing, streamlining, and coordinating procedures for maximum efficiency
• Overseeing office equipment, service calls, and inventory management
• Observing, supervising, and evaluating staff performance
• Providing on-the-job training and coaching to office staff
• Managing staff schedules and vacation requests
• Maintaining office files and keeping them up to date
• Planning and coordinating office special events
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including bank deposits and follow-ups with clients
• Handling payroll and invoice generation for clients
• Printing reports and making tax payments
• Collaborating with the business owners to develop office and operational structures, policies, and procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Possess high-level management experience
• Communicate effectively in person, on the telephone, and in writing
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, and associates
• Have strong computer skills, including database software
• Possess extensive knowledge of accounting, accounting software, and office processes
• Have experience in supervising projects and team activities
• Can read and interpret accounting and financial reports
• Are willing to work a flexible schedule
