- 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
- $24.00 per hour
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned.
- Verify and match Purchase Orders, Packing Slips, and Invoices.
- Prepare invoice deduction notices as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries.
- Process payments, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.
- Print accounts payable reports and maintain organized AP files.
- Prepare account analyses as required.
- Assist with special projects and audit-related tasks.
- Coordinate purging and transferring files in accordance with the record retention policy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- High integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
- Ability to remain focused and productive in a busy environment with frequent distractions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Ability to create and interpret bar graphs.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- SAP experience is a plus, but not required.
