What's a typical day as Accounts Payable Processor? You'll be:
- Vouching vendor invoices and resolving discrepancies in matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts, reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
- Vouching employee expense reports and enforcing the company's travel policy.
- Assisting with weekly check runs for vendor and employee expense payments and monthly A/P closing procedures.
- Organizing and filing documents while assisting with inquiries from vendors and employees.
- Engaging in special projects as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required) and 2+ years of accounts payable experience (preferred).
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and strong vendor relationship skills.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Are able to meet deadlines and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Have experience with Oracle and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
