Accounts Payable Processor (with Billing Experience)
Location: North Port, FL
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Processor with strong billing experience to join our team in North Port, FL. This role involves handling both domestic and international billing, processing a moderate volume of invoices, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and comfortable managing end-to-end AP and billing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process 10–20 invoices daily (some complex invoices may take up to 45 minutes each).
  • Create and issue invoices to customers (domestic and international).
  • Manage cash application activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable.
  • Utilize Excel formulas, VLOOKUPs, and spreadsheets to track and analyze financial data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and billing REQUIRED
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, spreadsheet creation).
  • QuickBooks REQUIRED and SAGE experience a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
