Client Account Coordinator /Vendor Management Specialist is needed in Charleston West Virginia
Work for a National Industrial Equipment Supplier 
This temp to hire opportunity has a starting pay of $18-20/hr DOE
Work 8-430, Monday -Friday.
This is an on-site position

Responsible for ensuring vendor profiles are set up correctly.  They will work to verify details for all vendor set ups, reactivations, and changes.  This is a critical role in AP, so attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills are a must.  This candidate will also need to have strong communication skills, as they will be working with our branches and vendors via phone and email to complete the verification process.  

What will you be doing?
· Requests will generally come in via email and logged on a spreadsheet.
· Use various tools such as the internet and phone to validate vendors are legitimate, and obtain accurate payment remit information, which could include sensitive information like bank account numbers.
 · Be able to organize these requests in order to efficiently work through them and meet the turn? around once implemented.
· Responsible for responding to our invoice processors when they need assistance with which vendor profile to use, tags, vendor reactivation or set up.
· Vendor Check Verification

Attention to detail
Vendor/Customer set up background
Accounts Payable knowledge
