Accounting Specialist
Location: Santa Ana, CA | On-Site
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
Payrate: $30.00-32.50 an hour

As an Accounting Specialist, you will:

• Accurately AR invoices are assigned to customers and address billing inquiries with speed and precision.
• Ensure payments are received on time by managing accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure contract compliance.
• Support team goals and special projects while acting as a resource across departments.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required, college coursework a plus
• 3–5 years' experience in billing, AR, or customer account support (construction or utilities industry a bonus)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-driven with excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, TCR, or Great Plains preferred
• Positive, assertive, and customer-focused attitude
