Standard weekday hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (MDT)

Reviewing, monitoring, and collecting on customer accounts to meet working capital and collections goals

Investigating and determining the status of customer orders on hold

Promptly responding to customer account inquiries via email or phone
-
Sending invoices through an automated billing system and handling credits/rebills upon request
-
Initiating collection efforts for past-due accounts

Supporting finance operations by:

Creating intracompany billings
-
Closing financial modules
-
Generating reports for management review
-
A High School Diploma or GED (required)

Experience using Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and Outlook
-
Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills
-
Great attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
-
An understanding of how your daily contributions impact overall customer satisfaction
