Kelly Services is hiring a Temp-to-Hire Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist for an industry-leading traffic control company. If you're detail-driven, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

In this position, you'll be the backbone of the billing and collections process—ensuring timely invoicing, smooth payments, and exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing:
Apply daily cash receipts accurately and efficiently
Monitor customer accounts and coordinate payment resolutions
Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve collection issues
Reduce delinquency rates and support organizational goals
Lead invoice dispute resolutions across departments
Escalate issues as needed to keep the process moving
Maintain professional, cooperative customer relationships
Jump in on special projects and team initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in collections, cash application, or call center roles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and terminology
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); Great Plains and Salesforce a plus
