Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.97 per hour

- Reviewing, monitoring, and collecting on customer accounts to meet working capital and collections targets.
- Investigating and deciding whether orders in suspense should remain on hold or be released.
- Promptly addressing customer requests via email or phone regarding their accounts.
- Sending invoices to customers through an automated program and creating credits and rebills as needed.
- Initiating contact with customers to collect on past due accounts.
- Performing additional finance duties such as creating intracompany billing, closing modules, and generating reports for management.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent GED (required).
- Are experienced with Excel Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Are a team player with the ability to work collaboratively across the business.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
