What's a typical day as an Accounts Receivable Processor? You'll be:

• Reviewing, monitoring, and collecting on customer accounts to meet working capital and collections targets.
• Investigating and deciding whether orders in suspense should remain on hold or be released.
• Promptly addressing customer requests via email or phone regarding their accounts.
• Sending invoices to customers through an automated program and creating credits and rebills as needed.
• Initiating contact with customers to collect on past due accounts.
• Performing additional finance duties such as creating intracompany billing, closing modules, and generating reports for management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent GED (required).
• Are experienced with Excel Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Are a team player with the ability to work collaboratively across the business.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
