Accounts Receivable Clerk
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Length of Assignment: 3-4 months or as needed to cover maternity leave
Hours: 8 hours/day, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Downtown Fort Worth, TX 76102
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative support role
- Experience within the collections process
- Experience with Microsoft D365 is a big plus
- Quality experience in the duties listed below
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the A/R collections process, including the daily posting of customer bank deposits and generating A/R reports using Excel and D365.
- Handle customer communications related to balances and payments via emails, phone calls, etc.
- Conduct new customer credit analysis through D&B, references, etc.
- Support vendor credit applications in coordination with the purchasing department.
- Handle routine insurance-related tasks, such as Certificate of Insurance requests and auto ID cards.
- Provide support for the leased vehicle fleet, including gas card payment confirmations and maintenance schedule tracking.
