What's a typical day as Accounts Receivables Specialist – Invoicing? You'll be:
- Maintaining the end-to-end invoicing process
- Verifying and processing customer invoices using three-way matching
- Entering and processing credit memos and returns
- Keeping accurate records of invoices and customer data
- Reconciling customer payments to corresponding invoices
- Posting customer payments in accounting systems
- Investigating and resolving invoicing or payment discrepancies
- Maintaining professional relationships with customers and internal teams
- Entering financial data accurately into accounting software
- Performing monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Managing vendor master data file for accounts payables
- Ensuring compliance with internal SOX controls
- Participating in ad-hoc projects and additional duties as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of accounts receivables experience, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are proficient in ERP systems; experience with QuickBooks and SAP preferred
- Are familiar with AR workflow management tools
- Can prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
