What's a typical day as Accounts Receivables Specialist – Invoicing? You'll be:

• Maintaining the end-to-end invoicing process
• Verifying and processing customer invoices using three-way matching
• Entering and processing credit memos and returns
• Keeping accurate records of invoices and customer data
• Reconciling customer payments to corresponding invoices
• Posting customer payments in accounting systems
• Investigating and resolving invoicing or payment discrepancies
• Maintaining professional relationships with customers and internal teams
• Entering financial data accurately into accounting software
• Performing monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Managing vendor master data file for accounts payables
• Ensuring compliance with internal SOX controls
• Participating in ad-hoc projects and additional duties as needed

 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of accounts receivables experience, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are proficient in ERP systems; experience with QuickBooks and SAP preferred
• Are familiar with AR workflow management tools
• Can prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
