Admin/Clerical Assistant
Location: Scotts Valley
Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour
Duration: Starting next Wednesday to the end of July
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative/Clerical Assistant to join our team temporarily to cover a leave. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning documents and organizing digital files
- Filing paperwork efficiently
- Handling outgoing and incoming mailing duties
- Assisting with various clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
