Ready to take your administrative skills to the next level? We're hiring an energetic and detail-driven Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic, fast-paced professional services firm in Parsippany. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be at the heart of operations, supporting a collaborative team and making a real impact every day.

 

In this role, you'll:

  • Be the go-to person for assembling and delivering key client documents
  • Take charge of e-filing returns and extensions, and keep things moving with timely follow-ups
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather missing info and keep them informed
  • Process invoices and payments with speed and accuracy
  • Dive into systems like Bill.com to manage transactions and client records
  • Keep our digital and physical files neat, organized, and secure
  • Help onboard new clients and set them up for success
  • Draft engagement letters and track workflows for the team
  • Pitch in with scheduling, document prep, and general office support

 

We're looking for someone who:

  • Loves keeping things organized and running smoothly
  • Is a confident communicator who enjoys helping people
  • Learns quickly and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Has strong computer skills (experience with Bill.com is a bonus!)
