Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $18-20/hr based on experience
This position is ONSITE in Russells Point, OH MUST be able to commute to Russells Point

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
- Supporting the Human Resources Department by performing routine clerical and administrative functions.
- Operating office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, while using computers for various applications including spreadsheet and word processing.
- Answering telephones, providing information to callers, taking messages, or transferring calls to appropriate individuals.
- Greeting visitors or callers and directing them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials.
- Reviewing work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensuring adherence to company format policies, and recommending revisions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior experience in administrative support or a related field (preferred).
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Are proficient in using office equipment and software applications, including word processing and database management.
- Have excellent communication skills to provide continuous customer service to associates from various departments.
