Kelly Services is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a Property Management Company located in Orlando, FL 32806

Pay-$24/hour
Part time- 3 days/week
on, Wed, Fri 9am-3pm 9 (1 hour lunch 12p-1p)

Position Summary:
This position reports to the Vice President or designated supervisor. The primary focus of this role is to support the management team. It requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with senior management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Education:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent qualifying work experience with excellent performance.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including substantive business and corporate experience.
  • Team player and coordinator skills.
Skills and Duties:
  • Maintain equity ownership records.
  • Prepare schedules for corporate agreements.
  • Assist in preparing and posting materials for board and committee meetings.
  • Draft certificates, resolutions, and minutes.
  • Assist with other real estate matters as requested.
  • Assist with commercial insurance renewals.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned, with all duties explained or illustrated.
  • Exercise sound judgment, use of discretion, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Reinforce the highest standards of ethical conduct.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal relationship and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excel at collaboration and communication with a team.
  • Prioritize workload with superior attention to detail and follow through on projects.
  • Be diligent, dependable, and display a strong work ethic.
  • Be a self-starter, results-oriented, and effectively manage multiple tasks in a team-based environment.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including advanced word processing and familiarity with applications like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
