Kelly Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a well-branded manufacturer in Verona PA. This position is 40-hours/wk, Monday – Friday, Pay Range $18 – 20/HR.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:50am – 5:00pm

Pay Range: $18 - 20/HR

Position: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire options

Location: Onsite in Verona PA headquarters

Summary: A professional and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at the Verona headquarters. Serve as the first point of contact for guests, handle administrative responsibilities and ensure the efficiency of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests at the front desk and direct them to appropriate staff
  • Answer telephone calls and distribute incoming mail and faxes
  • Order and maintain office supplies and manually/electronically file documents
  • Support internal events and recurring meetings
  • Coordinate with vendors for building, grounds, and equipment maintenance
  • Assist with annual newsletter and support wellness program
  • Collaborate with Business Administrator and assist HQ personnel
  • Help reconcile credit card receipts using Certify
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices and communicate with vendors
  • Perform other duties as requested such as errands, assisting w/reports, etc…
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent professional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Willing and able to successfully complete pre-hire assessments
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Associate's degree is preferred
  • 2 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Certify program knowledge is a plus
