What's a typical day as Administrative Support? You'll be:
- Working in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures while reporting to the Mansfield Engineering Manager.
- Generating, submitting, and tracking Product Change Notifications (PCN's) and customer-specific forms.
- Assisting in initiating JCAPP compliance and generating engineering bills of materials using PDMLink for legacy and new components.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or an Associate's degree, along with 3-5 years of experience as a technical administrator in industrial operations related to electrical and mechanical fields.
- Are proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of CREO and PDMLINK is required.
- Are a fast learner with strong communication skills, willing to adapt and learn new processes as directed by engineering.
