At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're passionate about helping you find a job that works for you. Kelly Services is currently seeking an Administrator & Document Coordinator for a client located in Congers, NY.  This position is a Temporary Assignment lasting up to 6 months.


Hours:  8 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday.
Pay Rate:  $22 - $27 AN Hour.

JOB SUMMARY:
*  Responsible for providing administrative support relating to operational and logistical operations as well as fulfilling a secretarial role to the Manufacturing Management Managers.  Responsible for providing information and/or general support where required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*  Strive for customer satisfaction by manufacturing products in respect of the company's quality, cost, and lead time policies.
*  Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices.
*  Manage all document issuance performing Verification of Document Review with employees.
*  Update paperless systems for manufacturing machines when documents are released by Document Control.
*  Coordinate updates on assessments, revisions, and creations with Document Control and management.
*  Review new documentation issued for compliance with current procedures and policies.
*  Manage production reports and KPI analysis ensuring postings are current.
*  Research purchasing needs for the manufacturing departments.
*  Prepare and maintain inventory for manufacturing consumables (e.g.: Scoops, Rulers, Binders, etc).
*  Conduct a weekly audit of cleanroom supplies with Facilities for cleanroom usage. (i.e. Gloves, wipes, hair nets, beard covers, etc).
*  Perform various clerical duties as required; e.g.: filing, typing memos, paper, and electronic correspondence.
*  Prepare machine schedule with the direction of supervision.
*  Review eTime entries and gaps with supervision.
*  Assist with all employee training needs including new employee orientation.
*  Coordinate employee gatherings at the direction of the Manager(s).
*  Provide everyday coverage for the Front Desk; at lunchtime and during times of illness or vacation time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*  High School diploma or equivalent, technical school or related experience.
*  At least 3 years experience in a production environment.
*  Detailed-oriented, rigorous, analytical, reactive, and good interpersonal skills.
*  Can work independently with little supervision.
*  Self-motivated, not afraid of complex problems.
*  Strong MS Office and SAP skills.
*  Have purchasing knowledge.
