Job Title: Admissions Clerk
Location: 100% Onsite – Boston, MA
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused to join our team onsite in Boston. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies, facilitate a variety of document-related activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
- Perform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and/or recordings at all jurisdictional levels.
- Assist with order fulfillment and provide problem resolution for customers and vendors.
- Make timely, well-informed decisions to meet client expectations and requirements.
- Recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, revenue growth, and cost savings.
- Challenge existing procedures to make team and service delivery more efficient and improve customer/employee satisfaction.
- Provide training to customers, team members, and vendors on products, jurisdictional requirements, and company databases using a consultative approach.
- Associate's degree from an accredited college/university, or minimum one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent data entry skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
