What's a typical day as an Analyst? You'll be:
• Managing Blackline operation interfaces, settings, and ongoing tool maintenance.
• Ensuring Blackline processes remain aligned with CIA and SOX compliance requirements.
• Providing ongoing user support for all deployed Blackline Modules.
• Troubleshooting user issues, liaising directly with the vendor for optimal resolution, especially during critical close periods.
• Maintaining global Service Management SMT workflows for efficient request and issue prioritization.
• Supporting and guiding end users for Corporate Applications, distinguishing between process-related and technical issues.
• Assisting in creation and presentation of Blackline training materials.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• Have experience with Blackline as an end user or system admin support (must have).
• Bring solid application support experience (must have).
• Possess advanced Excel skills (must have).
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
