Assembler – Competitive Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.50/hr + Shift Differential ($2.50 for B & C Shifts)

Shift Options:
  • A Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  • B Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
  • C Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

At [Company Name], we are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Assemblers to join our growing team. As an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products that meet customer satisfaction while contributing to continuous improvement efforts in our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly & Testing: Accurately and efficiently assemble and test a variety of products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Interpretation & Execution: Follow engineering drawings, specifications, and service bulletins to assemble products per customer requirements.
  • Quality Control: Inspect parts for conformance to specifications using tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Ensure parts meet quality standards and prevent any surface or critical area damage.
  • Lean Initiatives: Participate in lean manufacturing processes by identifying areas for improvement, offering suggestions, and attending relevant training sessions.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and daily records of work performed, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong performance on pre-employment assessments required
  • At least 1 year of general manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in using measuring tools like comparators, micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output
