Job Title: Electronic Assembler

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Description:

Since 1996, our company has designed and manufactured the most durable, technologically advanced, ADA-compliant, and pedestrian-friendly crosswalk devices available. Our top priority is pedestrian safety by producing high-quality products. The Manufacturing Assembler position is a critical part of our team. This position works directly with our products, assembling various components and preparing them for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
  • Utilize hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards.
  • Read and follow assembly instructions from the green book guide.
  • Clean and maintain the work area and tools.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.
  • Meet daily production goals.

Requirements:

  • Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong focus on quality control.
  • Must have Soldering or Electric Assembly Experience to Qualify
  • Safety management mindset.
  • Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble small parts and components.
  • Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
