Job Description:
Since 1996, our company has designed and manufactured the most durable, technologically advanced, ADA-compliant, and pedestrian-friendly crosswalk devices available. Our top priority is pedestrian safety by producing high-quality products. The Manufacturing Assembler position is a critical part of our team. This position works directly with our products, assembling various components and preparing them for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
- Utilize hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards.
- Read and follow assembly instructions from the green book guide.
- Clean and maintain the work area and tools.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Meet daily production goals.
Requirements:

Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong focus on quality control.
- Must have Soldering or Electric Assembly Experience to Qualify
- Safety management mindset.
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble small parts and components.
