Job Title: Assembly Worker – Day Shift
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Dress Code: Steel-toed boots required
Experience: Any manufacturing experience is acceptable; reliability and a positive attitude are essential. Position Summary As an Assembly Worker on the day shift, you will play a key role in the manufacturing team by assembling products from individual components through to the final assembly. This position is ideal for someone who values hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high-quality, reliable products. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products by reading and following written instructions from operation manuals
- Use hand and power tools (pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters, etc.) to build products to specification
- Support packing operations, including packaging components, taping cartons, and preparing products for shipment
- Work alongside the Quality Control Team, ensuring all work instructions and standard operating procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety measures
- Contribute to a positive team environment through respectful communication and conflict resolution
- Accept coaching and feedback from team leaders to improve performance and product quality
- Take on additional responsibilities as required to support team goals and production targets
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools
- Capable of repetitive movement of light-weight parts (up to 10 lbs. per part)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions
