At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking Assemblers/Machine Operators to work for an actively growing Aerospace Manufacturer, in Clifton Springs, NY. With us, it's all about finding the right opportunity for you!

Pay: $16-19/hr. (Depending on shift and experience). Temp to hire.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm/3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am (2:30pm – 11:00pm for training)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am (Training on 1st or 2nd Shift)
• Shift Differential: 2nd Shift – 15%, 3rd Shift – 20%

What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be...

• Using hand and power tools to accurately assemble products based on blueprints and work instructions.
• Setting up and operating machines to ensure smooth and efficient production runs.
• Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to maintain quality standards.
• Monitoring equipment performance, making necessary adjustments, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
• Performing specialized tasks like coil winding and soldering as required.
• Actively contributing to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.

• Possess 1-2 years of manufacturing experience - Preferred
