We're hiring Structural Mechanic II professionals for an onsite role in Tulsa, OK 74117. If you have hands-on experience with structural assembly, riveting, and blueprint reading in a production environment, this is a strong opportunity to advance your career.

What you'll be doing: structural assembly, drilling and riveting, interpreting blueprints and work orders, aligning and installing parts, and ensuring high-quality, defect-free builds while following safety and quality standards.

Structural Mechanic II

Location: Tulsa, OK 74117
Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $25.66/hour

Essential Job Functions
  • Perform structural assembly, drilling, riveting, sheet metal layout, fabrication, and installation per engineering specifications.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and operation sheets to complete assemblies accurately.

  • Align and assemble parts using jigs, fixtures, clamps, and fasteners; shape and form complex angles and configurations.

  • Remove and install fasteners without damaging structure; perform rework per DMT/MRR/PCO as required.

  • Maintain logs and records; ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection.

  • Follow safety, housekeeping, 5S, and PPE requirements; support lean activities.

  • Use basic computer systems for job charging and documentation; coordinate work across shifts.

Must Haves (Non-Negotiable)
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of related structural assembly experience

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals

  • Basic computer and shop math skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined areas

Highly Preferred
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience

  • Experience with Solumina and Smarteam
