Job Openings: Shifts, Pay & Weekly Bonuses:
- Assembly: 1st Shift (7:00AM – 3:30PM): $15.50/hr + up to $1.50/hr in weekly bonuses
- Machine Operator: 2nd Shift (2:00PM – 10:30PM): $16.00/hr + up to $1.50/hr in weekly bonuses
- Assembly: 3rd Shift (11:00PM – 7:30AM): $16.50/hr + up to $1.50/hr in weekly bonuses
- Bonus Breakdown:
- Attendance Bonus: +$0.50/hr (must have no tardies or absences)
- Lump Sum Bonus: +$1.00/hr every week

What You'll Be Doing:- Operating machines and loading/unloading small parts.
- Washing and deburring parts to ensure top-quality production.
- Assisting with electronic assembly by prepping and counting components.
- Following safety and quality procedures every step of the way.
You're a great fit if you:- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Can read, write, and follow instructions in English.
- Are comfortable with standing, bending, and repetitive motion on a production floor for 8-hour shifts.
- Have strong hand/eye coordination and a commitment to safety and quality.
