Shift Details:

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday — $17.50/hour

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:20 AM — $18/hour
Typical Responsibilities:

Stand for extended periods, use hand tools, and read diagrams to assemble braking and drivetrain systems.

Meet cycle times, production standards, and team goals in a fast-paced environment.

Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to identify and address equipment repairs.

Identify opportunities to improve quality, safety, processes, material flow, and team development.
What We're Looking For:

At least 18 years old

Detail-oriented and reliable

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a production setting
