Shift Details:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday — $17.50/hour

• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:20 AM — $18/hour

Typical Responsibilities:

• Stand for extended periods, use hand tools, and read diagrams to assemble braking and drivetrain systems.

• Meet cycle times, production standards, and team goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to identify and address equipment repairs.

• Identify opportunities to improve quality, safety, processes, material flow, and team development.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 18 years old

• Detail-oriented and reliable

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a production setting
