Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$17.61 1st shift 7 am to 330 pm / $19.37/hr 2nd shift 3 pm to 1130 pm

What's a typical day as an Assembly Operator? You'll be:
- Polishing and testing fiber optic cables while assembling and packaging connector components.
- Terminating single and multi-fiber cables, inspecting your own work using established quality standards and work instructions.
- Conducting necessary tests and measuring components using various tools, ensuring adherence to product specifications.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Have experience with manufacturing fiber cables and familiarity with SAP Manufacturing and ISO 9001.
- Are team-oriented, capable of working effectively with others, and possess a safe and quality-conscious attitude.
