  • Bring Ideas to Life: Read diagrams and assembly drawings to expertly build products per detailed specifications.
  • Quality First: Ensure every product meets top-notch quality standards—because excellence matters to us.
  • Hands-on Action: Master a variety of hand tools and equipment—like heat guns, soldering irons, and wire trimmers.
  • Harness the Details: Prep and process wires: route, heat shrink, strip, crimp, connect, and pot—all for ultra-reliable harness assemblies.
  • Inspect and Perfect: Perform in-depth inspections and testing at multiple production stages using IPC 620 standards.
  • Conquer Challenges: Troubleshoot and rework any non-conforming products—problem solvers shine here.
  • Skillful Soldering: Install and process solder sleeves; “degold” multiconductor connectors to IPC requirements.
  • Team Player: Support and refine build procedures while keeping your work environment safe and spotless.
What You Bring:
  • Electronic & Mechanical Aptitude: You live for figuring out how things work!
  • Detail Obsessed: You catch what others miss and take pride in top-quality results.
  • Physically Engaged: Able to bend, reach, lift up to 30 pounds, and work on your feet.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort with schematics, wire diagrams, and precision measuring devices.
  • Math Skills: Confident in performing basic math functions.
Your Background:
  • High School diploma, GED, or Vocational Training (required)
  • 1–3 years hands-on experience in electrical/mechanical assembly or related military field (preferred)
  • Experience with hand and power tools, torque wrenches, calipers, and more (a big plus!)
  • Willing to work varied shifts when the team needs you most
