We're seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate to work at Security system supplier company in Oxford, CT. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

Pay Rate: $17.00/ HR
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

What's a typical day as a Shipping/Receiving Associate? You'll be:
• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists.
• Recording received items into the inventory management system.
• Reporting and documenting any discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Preparing and attaching labels or tags to received items.
• Packing and preparing products for outbound shipments according to shipping instructions.
• Ensuring shipments are properly labeled, tagged, and securely packaged.
• Coordinating shipping schedules and carriers to meet delivery deadlines.
• Generating shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels).
• Arranging for the pickup or drop-off of shipments.
